Terms & Conditions – DTF Station Prestige DTF Printers & Accessories

(Precision Toner & Authorized Partners)

By purchasing or leasing a DTF printer or accessory from Precision Toner or its authorized partners, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All DTF printers come with a 1-year conditional parts warranty, depending on the brand and model. Some machines may offer 2 years of conditional coverage. Warranty includes key electronic components:

    • Mainboard

    • Carriage board

    • Mainboard power supply

    • Motors

  • Limited printhead coverage may be included (e.g., 6 months), where applicable. Please inquire to confirm the coverage details specific to your model.
  • Consumables and wear-and-tear items are excluded, including but not limited to:
    • Printheads*

    • Dampers

    • Capping stations

    • Ink tanks and tubes

    • Belts, filters, bearings

    • Ink lines, wiper blades, and cables

*Some models may include a limited number of printheads under the parts warranty. Ask us for details.

  • Warranty Activation:
    The full warranty is only activated after completing the mandatory Virtual Training Class (see section 2). Failure to complete the class within 3 weeks of delivery reduces your warranty to 90 days and excludes printhead coverage.

⚠️ Please read the official DTF Station Terms and Conditions for manufacturer warranty coverage. Note that warranty terms may differ between the U.S. and Canada.

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Shipping warranty parts to Precision Toner’s warehouse at their own cost

    • Installing the replacement parts (no technician service is included in the warranty)

  • Precision Toner is not liable for any damages caused during shipping or self-installation of parts.

2. Training Requirement

  • All DTF Station printer purchases include a mandatory virtual training session.
  • This session must be:
    • Requested after receiving your printer

    • Scheduled and completed within 3 weeks of delivery

    • Completed before printer setup or usage

  • Your full warranty becomes valid only after submission of the Training Checklist & Warranty Disclosure Form provided during the training.
  • Customers who do not complete the training within the required timeframe will receive a reduced 90-day warranty with no printhead coverage.

3. User Responsibility

  • DTF printers are best suited for users who are:

    • Technically inclined

    • Comfortable using tools

    • Capable of following maintenance instructions

    • Willing to perform self-installation and basic troubleshooting

  • These machines require regular maintenance and should only be used by individuals who can carry out self-servicing or have access to someone who can.

4. Support & Repair Services

  • The conditional parts warranty does not include repair services or labor.
  • For DTF Station models, customers have access to a:
    • Live support platform with video/image upload capability

    • Comprehensive training library for setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Use of the DTF Station live chat platform is subject to DTF Station's separate terms of service.

5. Software & License Activation

  • Some printer packages may not include RIP software or license keys by default.
  • If included or purchased, licenses are:
    • Valid for use on one computer only

    • Tied to your registered account (which you must maintain and back up securely)

  • Precision Toner cannot recover or reset license credentials in the event of:

    • Lost account information

    • Computer damage

    • Software corruption or format

  • Additional licenses must be purchased for use on additional computers.

6. Use of Third-Party Supplies

  • Using third-party inks, films, or supplies voids your warranty, specifically:

    • Use of non-DTF Station branded supplies on DTF Station printers

    • Use of non-OEM supplies on all other printer brands

7. Accessories & Marketing Images

  • Only items listed on your invoice are included with your purchase.
  • Accessories such as stands, powder shakers, and curing ovens shown in promotional images are not included unless explicitly specified.

8. Safety Notice – Home Use Disclaimer

DTF Printers, Shakers, and Curing Ovens may not be suitable for residential or home business use. Risks include:

  • High surface temperatures that can cause burns
  • Fumes that require proper ventilation
  • Fast-moving parts that may cause injury
  • Electrical hazards that require cautious setup and use

Safety Guidelines:

  • Maintain recommended temperature and humidity levels
  • Keep equipment away from air conditioning or heating vents
  • Ensure devices are out of children's reach
  • Use in a well-ventilated area
  • Consult a professional if you're unsure about home suitability

Use at your own risk. Precision Toner is not responsible for improper use or unsafe installation.

9. Additional Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the latest version available on precisiontoner.ca before making a purchase.
  • By purchasing or using DTF equipment or accessories, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the official Safety Guidelines.
